Packaging, shipping and logistics
When it comes time to safely and securely transport your used IT equipment, there are many things to consider. We understand this process from end to end. Starting with decommissioning and packaging, then moving through shipping and logistics, ensuring that packaging follows best practice, which is also critical to preventing damage or loss.
We offer professional on-site packing, custom packing materials and flexible shipping options, all focused on taking the stress out of packing, shipping and logistics for you and your company.
Onsite audit
On-site audit services are regularly offered when collecting, buying or recycling IT assets, or any time you need them. We offer this service for equipment that is still in service or already prepared for collection. Our technicians capture all necessary data such as serial number, label, physical location, parameters, etc. This data can be referenced and uploaded to your asset management system to track the appearance of inventory, or we can store it in our system so that it is available as a controlled collection list when assets are handed in for recycling.
IT assets disposal
During relocation or decommissioning of your hardware, tracking and auditing is a key and highly specialized process. Our expert technical team will uninstall, audit, pack and palletize your equipment and transport it to a processing facility. In addition to serial numbers and tags, additional IT asset parameters can be captured and recorded during this process at your request. If the equipment is in the process of being replaced, we can provide a service to install the new equipment.
